David Minter Bike Program

The KTLSC awarded a scholarship to the David Minter Bike Program in Southern Oregon. David Minter collects used bicycles, fixes them up, and donates them to youth in the community. With the KTLSC’s donation, Minter has given away dozens of refurbished bikes and still has plenty of money left for more!
