In the Spring of 2026 the KTLSC paired with South Eugene High School to offer Senior Scholarships to help offset costs for their future college endeavors. This year the KTLSC was able to award one Student Need scholarship, and 2 Senior Scholarships. The Student Need scholarship was awarded to a deserving recipient nominated by the school counselor. And the Senior Scholarship opportunity received quite a bit of traction, with 13 applicants. The scholarship committee read through applications and assigned points based on a rating scale of 1-10 for various aspects of each essay. It was a tough decision as these students were quite amazing!
