Thanks to a unanimous board vote, and a big shout out to the KTLSC board members who joined on the shopping spree, we donated goodies and funds to local charities. We dropped off a car load of supplies including sleeping bags, tarps, gloves, and socks to Black Thistle Street Aid. And handed off some cozy blankets and ‘squishmallows’ (as requested by the middle school kids) for ATA youth in need. Our holiday giving was complete with a $250 donation to Greenhill Humane Society, in which all holiday donations were matched by an anonymous donor! It was a successful first year of Holiday Giving for the KTLSC!
