The football scheduling and weather gods appear to have collided, as we have been blessed with a 4:30pm kickoff time and what should be a brisk and sunny day at the Autzen gravel tailgating grounds. Evidence suggests Karsten received wind of what we have planned and put in a good word.  Thanks, KT.

Between the Thanksgiving feast, rivalry week for the Ducks, and having all of his friends and family back in Eugene for the holiday week, there weren’t many weeks on the calendar that KT looked forward to more than the last weekend in November.  He would be disappointed we don’t get to beat up on our little brothers from Corvallis, but we’re sure he would settle for a win and undefeated regular season against the Huskies.

Starting at Noon, Saturday November 30 at Autzen Stadium, we will be serving up pulled pork sandwiches, brats, and all the fixings in honor of Karsten.  There may even be a Coors Light or two hanging around.

A huge thank you in advance to Amanda and Marshall for the tailgate set-up and slow-cooking a pork shoulder.  Thank you to Jake Gelrod for donating his culinary expertise to the grill.  We have no doubt that KT will be throwing down on the BBQ with all of us.

The exact location is RVA5 in the “Yell O” Parking lot. Look for the white KT Logo flag, our neighboring tailgaters also have a huge pirate flag that should be visible.
Service is often suspect around the stadium, but if you’re having a hard time finding us, please send a text message to Sev Tindal at 541-912-7952 or Kevin Baron at 541-505-4078 and they will do their best to share the location.

If you’re looking for a great way to spend your Saturday afternoon, look no further than RVA5 in the Yellow Lot at Autzen’s hallowed grounds.

GO KTLSC and Go Ducks,

Karsten’s foot soldiers
