The MBA Hoops Summer Basketball Camp is held through Manny’s Basketball Leagues in Southern OR. The Summer Academy series teaches players fundamental skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting. Players participate in league games with peers and learn how to cooperate and contribute to team strategies. The KTLSC sponsored one special student to participate in the MBA Hoops Summer Basketball Camp:
“[Recipient] has a homeless momma, lives with some grandparents. He is a special boy and phenomenal athlete. The KTLSC sponsorship will pay for Manny league camp this summer for a month. I’ve worked with a lot of kids over the years. He’s a special one with a beautiful spirit.” – David Minter
